Paul at Brockham was fantastic

There is quite a bad stigma surrounding car dealers, so naturally I was a bit nervous buying from trade, however, Paul at Brockham was fantastic. He put my mind at ease from the get go, he was so lovely and really patient. He explained everything clearly and showed me all of the functions on the Seat. I couldn't be happier with how easy everything was and how lovely Paul was, I would definitely recommend Brockham Motor Company, they are a very trust worhty dealer.

Nothing but top marks!

My Wife and I needed a second car and had been looking around for some time, she has a Mazda 2 so I wanted something similar in size. I found a SEAT Leon at Brockhams and the advert read very well, it ticked the boxes we needed it too. I was really impressed with the condition of the car, it was clean tidy and looked pretty much new. Paul was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had, he ran through all the details and allowed us time to make a decision. When we took the car away we received the same 5* service from Paul and the team and the car has been brilliant since driving off the forecourt. I've recently done a trip to Portsmouth, so I gave it a decent run out and its behaving nicely, its a nice car to drive and comfortable for the longer distances! I am more than happy to recommend Brockham Motor Company to other people looking for a reliable second hand car, highly impressed!

Amazing and trustworthy!

In three words I would describe my experience as - Professional - the customer service was outstanding! Easy - the sale/hand over was easy, the staff did all of the work for me! Pleasant - the staff were easy to talk to, lovely to get along with and pleasant to do business with. I would definitely use again, without a shadow of a doubt!

Personable Paul

I can happily say I had a lovely experience down at Brockham Motor Company dealing with a gentlemen called Paul! Paul was friendly throughout, welcoming, a personable chap and very reasonable with everything. The VW I purchased has been enjoyable to get used to and I am very happy with the choice I made. Very nice people

I was initially dealing with Paul when I came to view the Tiguan, later on during the process I was doing most of the dealings with another very helpful chap called Rickki. Both staff member's were just as great and as helpful as easy as each other to be completely honest. These guys stuck to their word! Just before I purchased the car we had a talk about a Cambelt being changed as and when it needed to be, these guys stuck to what they said they was going to do and this morning they changed the cambelt which I was very impressed with. The chaps were very nice to deal with, easy going, easy to get along with, I would deffo rate full 5/5 these guys have been very helpful!

A regular happy customer

I always take my car to BMC to be serviced and to have its MOT as I always get excellent customer service from a very welcoming and friendly team. I have just purchased a new VW Passat which I am very happy with thanks to the sales manager Paul for helping me choose the right car.
