Hi Brockham, just a quick review to say thank you to Ricki for all the help when buying my Passat. Ricki is a very very nice guy and very helpful with anything. There was no pressure to buy the car and he was more than happy to spend his time showing me around everything. The car is fantastic I'm really happy with it, its perfect for what I needed. I recently purchased a Ford Focus from Brockham Motor Company, and we have been over the moon since. I'm enjoying the experience and getting used to the car. It's a bit of a change for my husband as he's used to Skoda's, but he's gradually warming up to it. The customer service exceeded our standards, and the staff member Rikki was really helpful, friendly and highly accommodating. Highly Recommendable
I am seriously happy with the out come down at Brockham Motor Company. I came to view a car which I really really liked the look of (Seat Leon), I had noticed it was time for a cambelt change which kind of put me off, I was just about to email Paul who I was dealing with at the dealership, I then saw his email saying that he has changed the cambelt as it was due because of the milage. Now, that really stood out to me, he did that off his own back and that was a huge plus factor and filled me with reassurance. I didn't even have to ask! If in the next few years these guy's have the type of cars they have in stock now, well priced and reliable, then you know ill be back here! It was my first time using Brockham Motor Company and I would certainly recommend.
