I recently purchased a car from Brockham Motor Company, and I'm delighted to report that everything is running smoothly so far. I'm enjoying the experience and getting used to the car. It's a bit of a change for my husband as he's used to Skoda's, but he's gradually warming up to it. The customer service met our standards, and the staff member Rikki was really helpful and friendly. We appreciate his assistance, and we'd rate our experience a solid 5 out of 5. It's been a really nice run.

In three words I would describe my experience as -
Professional - the customer service was outstanding!
Easy - the sale/hand over was easy, the staff did all of the work for me!
Pleasant - the staff were easy to talk to, lovely to get along with and pleasant to do business with.
I would definitely use again, without a shadow of a doubt!

I wouldn't want to ever go anywhere else
Brockham Motor Company are completely brilliant, super helpful and looked after me so well. Paul always looks after me very well, I have been using Brockham for years and I wouldn't even want to go anywhere else. I had a Volkswagen Polo and now I am driving a Kia Picanto, it is a little bit different, I am still getting used to it but I do love it a lot. Thank you Brockham team.

Brilliant all round
I like the sales mans approach to be honest, he was pretty relaxed , informative but not pushy in the slightest, none of the usual breathing down your neck hard selling you. I drove away with the VW Arteon on the day I went to view it and I love it and do enjoy being behind the wheel I have had no issues at all with it. The customer service was literally perfect. I would come back to visit Brockham Motor Company in the future as/when I need a new car, for now though, I will be highly recommending to anybody else looking to buy a new car.

Over all my experience was great and I really enjoyed purchasing the Ford Mondeo! I was pleased with how I was dealt with, such informative chaps in and around the dealership! I can not sing Paul's praises enough, he was purely and simply amazing and looked after me so so well. Dealing with Paul was a pleasure. I would use Brockham Motor Company without second thought and I would love for my friends and family to use this dealership and experience the brilliant customer service that I did. No dramas down here at Brockham Motor Company! These guys have been Fab and have been the best I have seen in a good while. The buying process was easy and straight forward with no issues in the slightest. Rikki has been nothing but helpful and provided me with second to non customer service. A straight up 5 stars from me.

I am so happy I found this motor dealership I am plan on coming back when I want MOT and service my car. The salesman is Rikki he is the best salesman ever he is lovely man very kind and helpful. If I can give more stars I will give 20 stars. My Skoda is brilliant car its got great history and very clean. I am recommend this dealership garage to all my customers.

Highly Recommendable
I am seriously happy with the out come down at Brockham Motor Company. I came to view a car which I really really liked the look of (Seat Leon), I had noticed it was time for a cambelt change which kind of put me off, I was just about to email Paul who I was dealing with at the dealership, I then saw his email saying that he has changed the cambelt as it was due because of the milage. Now, that really stood out to me, he did that off his own back and that was a huge plus factor and filled me with reassurance. I didn't even have to ask! If in the next few years these guy's have the type of cars they have in stock now, well priced and reliable, then you know ill be back here! It was my first time using Brockham Motor Company and I would certainly recommend.
