No dramas down here at Brockham Motor Company! These guys have been Fab and have been the best I have seen in a good while. The buying process was easy and straight forward with no issues in the slightest. Rikki has been nothing but helpful and provided me with second to non customer service. A straight up 5 stars from me.

Very nice people
I was initially dealing with Paul when I came to view the Tiguan, later on during the process I was doing most of the dealings with another very helpful chap called Rickki. Both staff member's were just as great and as helpful as easy as each other to be completely honest. These guys stuck to their word! Just before I purchased the car we had a talk about a Cambelt being changed as and when it needed to be, these guys stuck to what they said they was going to do and this morning they changed the cambelt which I was very impressed with. The chaps were very nice to deal with, easy going, easy to get along with, I would deffo rate full 5/5 these guys have been very helpful!

Personable Paul
I can happily say I had a lovely experience down at Brockham Motor Company dealing with a gentlemen called Paul! Paul was friendly throughout, welcoming, a personable chap and very reasonable with everything. The VW I purchased has been enjoyable to get used to and I am very happy with the choice I made. I am very pleased!

Deserving a 6/5!
Down at Brockham Motor Company I received very impressive customer services. Paul was the chap I was dealing with and he was extremally helpful and did the utmost for me. If I ever buy a car again and I can assure you, this will certainly be the first place I come. The Vauxhall Astra has been highly reliable and a great run around since the day of the purchase. Faultless service. If I could I would rate 6 out of 5!

Very good experience
I am very happy with the Octavia that I recently purchased from Brockham, it has been a lovely car to drive. The team did a good job in getting that clean and tidy, I was quite impressed. It was only Paul that I had dealings with, he was a really nice guy. I had a good overall experience, I am happy to recommend.

Paul at Brockham was fantastic
There is quite a bad stigma surrounding car dealers, so naturally I was a bit nervous buying from trade, however, Paul at Brockham was fantastic. He put my mind at ease from the get go, he was so lovely and really patient. He explained everything clearly and showed me all of the functions on the Seat. I couldn't be happier with how easy everything was and how lovely Paul was, I would definitely recommend Brockham Motor Company, they are a very trust worhty dealer.

Excellent service and excellent car
Hi Brockham, just a quick review to say thank you to Ricki for all the help when buying my Passat. Ricki is a very very nice guy and very helpful with anything. There was no pressure to buy the car and he was more than happy to spend his time showing me around everything. The car is fantastic I'm really happy with it, its perfect for what I needed. In three words I would describe my experience as -
Professional - the customer service was outstanding!
Easy - the sale/hand over was easy, the staff did all of the work for me!
Pleasant - the staff were easy to talk to, lovely to get along with and pleasant to do business with.
