Brilliant all round

I like the sales mans approach to be honest, he was pretty relaxed , informative but not pushy in the slightest, none of the usual breathing down your neck hard selling you. I drove away with the VW Arteon on the day I went to view it and I love it and do enjoy being behind the wheel I have had no issues at all with it. The customer service was literally perfect. I would come back to visit Brockham Motor Company in the future as/when I need a new car, for now though, I will be highly recommending to anybody else looking to buy a new car.

Personable Paul

I can happily say I had a lovely experience down at Brockham Motor Company dealing with a gentlemen called Paul! Paul was friendly throughout, welcoming, a personable chap and very reasonable with everything. The VW I purchased has been enjoyable to get used to and I am very happy with the choice I made. Me and my partner came to Brockham Motor Company and purchased a lovely little Silver Skoda, its a great car and that is doing the job perfectly. We are just waiting on getting it back in at Brockham just to touch up a few small scratches and then we will be on. We are very happy with how everything was handled, the gentlemen dealing with us was very informative, knew a lot about the car and reassured us though the process. All of our questions were answered thoroughly! 5 star service for definite!

Spot on dealership!

I was looking for the car I wanted for a while, I was just waiting for the right spec and model to come up (VW Polo). Luckily, whilst searching the internet I came across a little place called Brockham Motor Company and boy am I glad I did. These guys were absolutely on time with everything and I had no issues what so ever, they are hands down really really good! From 1 to 5 I would rate this amazing little dealership 5, how could I not! I would say I would use again and recommend however I have already been recommending which resulted in my friend came over and purchased a lovely Skoda super. I couldn't be happier!

Paul at Brockham was fantastic

There is quite a bad stigma surrounding car dealers, so naturally I was a bit nervous buying from trade, however, Paul at Brockham was fantastic. He put my mind at ease from the get go, he was so lovely and really patient. He explained everything clearly and showed me all of the functions on the Seat. I couldn't be happier with how easy everything was and how lovely Paul was, I would definitely recommend Brockham Motor Company, they are a very trust worhty dealer.
