I can not sing Paul's praises enough, he was purely and simply amazing and looked after me so so well. Dealing with Paul was a pleasure. I would use Brockham Motor Company without second thought and I would love for my friends and family to use this dealership and experience the brilliant customer service that I did. I must say, I am loving the car. It is well and truly a gem, I have only had it 1 week but I am very much loving and and it does drive very smooth. Thank you.????

We love the Skoda Octavia, thank you ever so much! It is running very smoothly, good as new infact! We loved the way we was approached and dealt with- No pushiness in the slightest and very helpful and the process ran like clock work!

Brilliant all round
I like the sales mans approach to be honest, he was pretty relaxed , informative but not pushy in the slightest, none of the usual breathing down your neck hard selling you. I drove away with the VW Arteon on the day I went to view it and I love it and do enjoy being behind the wheel I have had no issues at all with it. The customer service was literally perfect. I would come back to visit Brockham Motor Company in the future as/when I need a new car, for now though, I will be highly recommending to anybody else looking to buy a new car.

Easy - the sale/hand over was easy, the staff did all of the work for me!
Pleasant - the staff were easy to talk to, lovely to get along with and pleasant to do business with.

Very good experience
I am very happy with the Octavia that I recently purchased from Brockham, it has been a lovely car to drive. The team did a good job in getting that clean and tidy, I was quite impressed. It was only Paul that I had dealings with, he was a really nice guy. I had a good overall experience, I am happy to recommend.

I recently purchased a car from Brockham Motor Company, and I'm delighted to report that everything is running smoothly so far. I'm enjoying the experience and getting used to the car. It's a bit of a change for my husband as he's used to Skoda's, but he's gradually warming up to it. The customer service met our standards, and the staff member Rikki was really helpful and friendly. We appreciate his assistance, and we'd rate our experience a solid 5 out of 5. It's been a really nice run.

Very nice people
I was initially dealing with Paul when I came to view the Tiguan, later on during the process I was doing most of the dealings with another very helpful chap called Rickki. Both staff member's were just as great and as helpful as easy as each other to be completely honest. These guys stuck to their word! Just before I purchased the car we had a talk about a Cambelt being changed as and when it needed to be, these guys stuck to what they said they was going to do and this morning they changed the cambelt which I was very impressed with. The chaps were very nice to deal with, easy going, easy to get along with, I would deffo rate full 5/5 these guys have been very helpful!

Paul at Brockham was fantastic
There is quite a bad stigma surrounding car dealers, so naturally I was a bit nervous buying from trade, however, Paul at Brockham was fantastic. He put my mind at ease from the get go, he was so lovely and really patient. He explained everything clearly and showed me all of the functions on the Seat. I couldn't be happier with how easy everything was and how lovely Paul was, I would definitely recommend Brockham Motor Company, they are a very trust worhty dealer.
