I can't tell you how chuffed we are with the Skoda. I've spent the last 20 years in a van so this is like pure luxury compared. I've just driven down to Devon for a week away and its unreal to drive, lovely and comfortable. It drives very smoothly, brilliant all round! I hadn't ever heard of Brockham Motor Company before I found the Skoda online, I took the plunge to pop down to see it, Rikki welcomed me and I was very much impressed with the service I received, he looked after me well and was always on hand for anything I needed. For a first time experience it was fanatstic. I have no hesitation in shopping here again in the future and happy to pass on my recommendations!

Excellent service and excellent car
Hi Brockham, just a quick review to say thank you to Ricki for all the help when buying my Passat. Ricki is a very very nice guy and very helpful with anything. There was no pressure to buy the car and he was more than happy to spend his time showing me around everything. The car is fantastic I'm really happy with it, its perfect for what I needed. I can not sing Paul's praises enough, he was purely and simply amazing and looked after me so so well. Dealing with Paul was a pleasure. I wouldn't want to ever go anywhere else
Brockham Motor Company are completely brilliant, super helpful and looked after me so well. Paul always looks after me very well, I have been using Brockham for years and I wouldn't even want to go anywhere else. I had a Volkswagen Polo and now I am driving a Kia Picanto, it is a little bit different, I am still getting used to it but I do love it a lot. Thank you Brockham team.

A regular happy customer
I always take my car to BMC to be serviced and to have its MOT as I always get excellent customer service from a very welcoming and friendly team. I have just purchased a new VW Passat which I am very happy with thanks to the sales manager Paul for helping me choose the right car. Thanks to Rikki who handed over the car and talking me through everything I needed to know as it's much more technical than my old Passat. I would happily recommend them to our family and friends.

No dramas down here at Brockham Motor Company! These guys have been Fab and have been the best I have seen in a good while. The buying process was easy and straight forward with no issues in the slightest. Rikki has been nothing but helpful and provided me with second to non customer service. Paul at Brockham was fantastic
There is quite a bad stigma surrounding car dealers, so naturally I was a bit nervous buying from trade, however, Paul at Brockham was fantastic. He put my mind at ease from the get go, he was so lovely and really patient. He explained everything clearly and showed me all of the functions on the Seat. I couldn't be happier with how easy everything was and how lovely Paul was, I would definitely recommend Brockham Motor Company, they are a very trust worhty dealer.

Brilliant all round
I like the sales mans approach to be honest, he was pretty relaxed , informative but not pushy in the slightest, none of the usual breathing down your neck hard selling you. I drove away with the VW Arteon on the day I went to view it and I love it and do enjoy being behind the wheel I have had no issues at all with it. The customer service was literally perfect. I would come back to visit Brockham Motor Company in the future as/when I need a new car, for now though, I will be highly recommending to anybody else looking to buy a new car.

Highly Recommendable
I am seriously happy with the out come down at Brockham Motor Company. I came to view a car which I really really liked the look of (Seat Leon), I had noticed it was time for a cambelt change which kind of put me off, I was just about to email Paul who I was dealing with at the dealership, I then saw his email saying that he has changed the cambelt as it was due because of the milage. Now, that really stood out to me, he did that off his own back and that was a huge plus factor and filled me with reassurance. I didn't even have to ask! If in the next few years these guy's have the type of cars they have in stock now, well priced and reliable, then you know ill be back here! It was my first time using Brockham Motor Company and I would certainly recommend.
