The little blue Ford Focus I purchased is running fine, I found the process to be really easy. I was literally in and out in like 30 mins. I had a quick test drive of the car, gave him my car and then paid and that was that. I am overall very happy and wouldn't rate anything other than 5 stars!

Spot on dealership!

I was looking for the car I wanted for a while, I was just waiting for the right spec and model to come up (VW Polo). Luckily, whilst searching the internet I came across a little place called Brockham Motor Company and boy am I glad I did. These guys were absolutely on time with everything and I had no issues what so ever, they are hands down really really good! From 1 to 5 I would rate this amazing little dealership 5, how could I not! I would say I would use again and recommend however I have already been recommending which resulted in my friend came over and purchased a lovely Skoda super. I couldn't be happier!

We like Rikki

I recently purchased a Ford Focus from Brockham Motor Company, and we have been over the moon since. I'm enjoying the experience and getting used to the car. It's a bit of a change for my husband as he's used to Skoda's, but he's gradually warming up to it. The customer service exceeded our standards, and the staff member Rikki was really helpful, friendly and highly accommodating. Very nice people

I was initially dealing with Paul when I came to view the Tiguan, later on during the process I was doing most of the dealings with another very helpful chap called Rickki. Both staff member's were just as great and as helpful as easy as each other to be completely honest. These guys stuck to their word! Just before I purchased the car we had a talk about a Cambelt being changed as and when it needed to be, these guys stuck to what they said they was going to do and this morning they changed the cambelt which I was very impressed with. The chaps were very nice to deal with, easy going, easy to get along with, I would deffo rate full 5/5 these guys have been very helpful!

Very good experience

I am very happy with the Octavia that I recently purchased from Brockham, it has been a lovely car to drive. The team did a good job in getting that clean and tidy, I was quite impressed. It was only Paul that I had dealings with, he was a really nice guy. I had a good overall experience, I am happy to recommend.

In three words I would describe my experience as - Professional - the customer service was outstanding! Easy - the sale/hand over was easy, the staff did all of the work for me!
