I wouldn't want to ever go anywhere else

The little blue Ford Focus I purchased is running fine, I found the process to be really easy. I was literally in and out in like 30 mins. I had a quick test drive of the car, gave him my car and then paid and that was that. I am overall very happy and wouldn't rate anything other than 5 stars!

We like Rikki

I recently purchased a Ford Focus from Brockham Motor Company, and we have been over the moon since. I'm enjoying the experience and getting used to the car. It's a bit of a change for my husband as he's used to Skoda's, but he's gradually warming up to it. The customer service exceeded our standards, and the staff member Rikki was really helpful, friendly and highly accommodating. I always take my car to BMC to be serviced and to have its MOT as I always get excellent customer service from a very welcoming and friendly team. I have just purchased a new VW Passat which I am very happy with thanks to the sales manager Paul for helping me choose the right car. I can't tell you how chuffed we are with the Skoda. I've spent the last 20 years in a van so this is like pure luxury compared. I've just driven down to Devon for a week away and its unreal to drive, lovely and comfortable. It drives very smoothly, brilliant all round! I hadn't ever heard of Brockham Motor Company before I found the Skoda online, I took the plunge to pop down to see it, Rikki welcomed me and I was very much impressed with the service I received, he looked after me well and was always on hand for anything I needed. For a first time experience it was fanatstic. I have no hesitation in shopping here again in the future and happy to pass on my recommendations!
