Spot on dealership!

I was looking for the car I wanted for a while, I was just waiting for the right spec and model to come up (VW Polo). Luckily, whilst searching the internet I came across a little place called Brockham Motor Company and boy am I glad I did. These guys were absolutely on time with everything and I had no issues what so ever, they are hands down really really good! From 1 to 5 I would rate this amazing little dealership 5, how could I not! I would say I would use again and recommend however I have already been recommending which resulted in my friend came over and purchased a lovely Skoda super. I couldn't be happier!

In three words I would describe my experience as - Professional - the customer service was outstanding! Easy - the sale/hand over was easy, the staff did all of the work for me! Very good experience

I am very happy with the Octavia that I recently purchased from Brockham, it has been a lovely car to drive. The team did a good job in getting that clean and tidy, I was quite impressed. It was only Paul that I had dealings with, he was a really nice guy. I had a good overall experience, I am happy to recommend.

Second to non

No dramas down here at Brockham Motor Company! These guys have been Fab and have been the best I have seen in a good while. The buying process was easy and straight forward with no issues in the slightest. Rikki has been nothing but helpful and provided me with second to non customer service. Brilliant all round

I like the sales mans approach to be honest, he was pretty relaxed , informative but not pushy in the slightest, none of the usual breathing down your neck hard selling you. I drove away with the VW Arteon on the day I went to view it and I love it and do enjoy being behind the wheel I have had no issues at all with it. The customer service was literally perfect. I would come back to visit Brockham Motor Company in the future as/when I need a new car, for now though, I will be highly recommending to anybody else looking to buy a new car.

5 stars for sure

The little blue Ford Focus I purchased is running fine, I found the process to be really easy. I was literally in and out in like 30 mins. I had a quick test drive of the car, gave him my car and then paid and that was that. I am overall very happy and wouldn't rate anything other than 5 stars!
