Over all my experience was great and I really enjoyed purchasing the Ford Mondeo! I was pleased with how I was dealt with, such informative chaps in and around the dealership! No dramas down here at Brockham Motor Company! These guys have been Fab and have been the best I have seen in a good while. The buying process was easy and straight forward with no issues in the slightest. Rikki has been nothing but helpful and provided me with second to non customer service. A straight up 5 stars from me.

Me and my partner came to Brockham Motor Company and purchased a lovely little Silver Skoda, its a great car and that is doing the job perfectly. We are just waiting on getting it back in at Brockham just to touch up a few small scratches and then we will be on. We are very happy with how everything was handled, the gentlemen dealing with us was very informative, knew a lot about the car and reassured us though the process. All of our questions were answered thoroughly! 5 star service for definite!

Nothing but top marks!
My Wife and I needed a second car and had been looking around for some time, she has a Mazda 2 so I wanted something similar in size. I found a SEAT Leon at Brockhams and the advert read very well, it ticked the boxes we needed it too. I was really impressed with the condition of the car, it was clean tidy and looked pretty much new. Paul was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had, he ran through all the details and allowed us time to make a decision. When we took the car away we received the same 5* service from Paul and the team and the car has been brilliant since driving off the forecourt. I've recently done a trip to Portsmouth, so I gave it a decent run out and its behaving nicely, its a nice car to drive and comfortable for the longer distances! I am more than happy to recommend Brockham Motor Company to other people looking for a reliable second hand car, highly impressed!

Down at Brockham Motor Company I received very impressive customer services. Paul was the chap I was dealing with and he was extremally helpful and did the utmost for me. If I ever buy a car again and I can assure you, this will certainly be the first place I come. The Vauxhall Astra has been highly reliable and a great run around since the day of the purchase. Faultless service. If I could I would rate 6 out of 5!

I can not sing Paul's praises enough, he was purely and simply amazing and looked after me so so well. Dealing with Paul was a pleasure. I would use Brockham Motor Company without second thought and I would love for my friends and family to use this dealership and experience the brilliant customer service that I did. I recently purchased a car from Brockham Motor Company, and I'm delighted to report that everything is running smoothly so far. I'm enjoying the experience and getting used to the car. It's a bit of a change for my husband as he's used to Skoda's, but he's gradually warming up to it. The customer service met our standards, and the staff member Rikki was really helpful and friendly. Personable Paul
I can happily say I had a lovely experience down at Brockham Motor Company dealing with a gentlemen called Paul! Paul was friendly throughout, welcoming, a personable chap and very reasonable with everything. The VW I purchased has been enjoyable to get used to and I am very happy with the choice I made.
