Very nice people

I was initially dealing with Paul when I came to view the Tiguan, later on during the process I was doing most of the dealings with another very helpful chap called Rickki. Both staff member's were just as great and as helpful as easy as each other to be completely honest. These guys stuck to their word! Just before I purchased the car we had a talk about a Cambelt being changed as and when it needed to be, these guys stuck to what they said they was going to do and this morning they changed the cambelt which I was very impressed with. The chaps were very nice to deal with, easy going, easy to get along with, I would deffo rate full 5/5 these guys have been very helpful!

Very good experience

I am very happy with the Octavia that I recently purchased from Brockham, it has been a lovely car to drive. The team did a good job in getting that clean and tidy, I was quite impressed. Recommend all day long.

I can't tell you how chuffed we are with the Skoda. I've spent the last 20 years in a van so this is like pure luxury compared. I've just driven down to Devon for a week away and its unreal to drive, lovely and comfortable. It drives very smoothly, brilliant all round! I hadn't ever heard of Brockham Motor Company before I found the Skoda online, I took the plunge to pop down to see it, Rikki welcomed me and I was very much impressed with the service I received, he looked after me well and was always on hand for anything I needed. Highly Recommendable

I am seriously happy with the out come down at Brockham Motor Company. I came to view a car which I really really liked the look of (Seat Leon), I had noticed it was time for a cambelt change which kind of put me off, I was just about to email Paul who I was dealing with at the dealership, I then saw his email saying that he has changed the cambelt as it was due because of the milage. Now, that really stood out to me, he did that off his own back and that was a huge plus factor and filled me with reassurance. I didn't even have to ask! If in the next few years these guy's have the type of cars they have in stock now, well priced and reliable, then you know ill be back here! It was my first time using Brockham Motor Company and I would certainly recommend.

There is quite a bad stigma surrounding car dealers, so naturally I was a bit nervous buying from trade, however, Paul at Brockham was fantastic. I always take my car to BMC to be serviced and to have its MOT as I always get excellent customer service from a very welcoming and friendly team. The little blue Ford Focus I purchased is running fine, I found the process to be really easy. I was literally in and out in like 30 mins. I had a quick test drive of the car, gave him my car and then paid and that was that. I am overall very happy and wouldn't rate anything other than 5 stars!
