The little blue Ford Focus I purchased is running fine, I found the process to be really easy. I was literally in and out in like 30 mins. I had a quick test drive of the car, gave him my car and then paid and that was that. I am overall very happy and wouldn't rate anything other than 5 stars!

Personable Paul

No dramas down here at Brockham Motor Company! These guys have been Fab and have been the best I have seen in a good while. I recently purchased a Ford Focus from Brockham Motor Company, and we have been over the moon since. I'm enjoying the experience and getting used to the car. It's a bit of a change for my husband as he's used to Skoda's, but he's gradually warming up to it. The customer service exceeded our standards, and the staff member Rikki was really helpful, friendly and highly accommodating. We appreciate his assistance, and we'd rate our experience a solid 5 out of 5. It's been a really nice run.

Amazing and trustworthy!

In three words I would describe my experience as - Professional - the customer service was outstanding! Easy - the sale/hand over was easy, the staff did all of the work for me! Paul at Brockham was fantastic

There is quite a bad stigma surrounding car dealers, so naturally I was a bit nervous buying from trade, however, Paul at Brockham was fantastic. He put my mind at ease from the get go, he was so lovely and really patient. He explained everything clearly and showed me all of the functions on the Seat. I couldn't be happier with how easy everything was and how lovely Paul was, I would definitely recommend Brockham Motor Company, they are a very trust worhty dealer.

I can't tell you how chuffed we are with the Skoda. I've spent the last 20 years in a van so this is like pure luxury compared. I've just driven down to Devon for a week away and its unreal to drive, lovely and comfortable. It drives very smoothly, brilliant all round! I hadn't ever heard of Brockham Motor Company before I found the Skoda online, I took the plunge to pop down to see it, Rikki welcomed me and I was very much impressed with the service I received, he looked after me well and was always on hand for anything I needed. For a first time experience it was fanatstic. I have no hesitation in shopping here again in the future and happy to pass on my recommendations!

Very nice people

I was initially dealing with Paul when I came to view the Tiguan, later on during the process I was doing most of the dealings with another very helpful chap called Rickki. Both staff member's were just as great and as helpful as easy as each other to be completely honest. These guys stuck to their word! Just before I purchased the car we had a talk about a Cambelt being changed as and when it needed to be, these guys stuck to what they said they was going to do and this morning they changed the cambelt which I was very impressed with. The chaps were very nice to deal with, easy going, easy to get along with, I would deffo rate full 5/5 these guys have been very helpful!
