Brilliant all round

I like the sales mans approach to be honest, he was pretty relaxed , informative but not pushy in the slightest, none of the usual breathing down your neck hard selling you. I drove away with the VW Arteon on the day I went to view it and I love it and do enjoy being behind the wheel I have had no issues at all with it. The customer service was literally perfect. I would come back to visit Brockham Motor Company in the future as/when I need a new car, for now though, I will be highly recommending to anybody else looking to buy a new car.

A regular happy customer

I always take my car to BMC to be serviced and to have its MOT as I always get excellent customer service from a very welcoming and friendly team. I have just purchased a new VW Passat which I am very happy with thanks to the sales manager Paul for helping me choose the right car. Thanks to Rikki who handed over the car and talking me through everything I needed to know as it's much more technical than my old Passat. I would happily recommend them to our family and friends.

Down at Brockham Motor Company I received very impressive customer services. Paul was the chap I was dealing with and he was extremally helpful and did the utmost for me. If I ever buy a car again and I can assure you, this will certainly be the first place I come. The Vauxhall Astra has been highly reliable and a great run around since the day of the purchase. Paul has been sorting me out for years I've been coming here for my cars for donkeys years Paul is a top man. I never have any complaints and they always sell me the best of the best. Nothing but top marks!

My Wife and I needed a second car and had been looking around for some time, she has a Mazda 2 so I wanted something similar in size. I found a SEAT Leon at Brockhams and the advert read very well, it ticked the boxes we needed it too. I was really impressed with the condition of the car, it was clean tidy and looked pretty much new. Paul was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had, he ran through all the details and allowed us time to make a decision. When we took the car away we received the same 5* service from Paul and the team and the car has been brilliant since driving off the forecourt. I've recently done a trip to Portsmouth, so I gave it a decent run out and its behaving nicely, its a nice car to drive and comfortable for the longer distances! I am more than happy to recommend Brockham Motor Company to other people looking for a reliable second hand car, highly impressed!

Very good experience

I recently purchased a Ford Focus from Brockham Motor Company, and we have been over the moon since. I'm enjoying the experience and getting used to the car.
