I am seriously happy with the out come down at Brockham Motor Company. I came to view a car which I really really liked the look of (Seat Leon), I had noticed it was time for a cambelt change which kind of put me off, I was just about to email Paul who I was dealing with at the dealership, I then saw his email saying that he has changed the cambelt as it was due because of the milage. Now, that really stood out to me, he did that off his own back and that was a huge plus factor and filled me with reassurance. I didn't even have to ask! If in the next few years these guy's have the type of cars they have in stock now, well priced and reliable, then you know ill be back here! It was my first time using Brockham Motor Company and I would certainly recommend.

Spot on dealership!

I was looking for the car I wanted for a while, I was just waiting for the right spec and model to come up (VW Polo). Luckily, whilst searching the internet I came across a little place called Brockham Motor Company and boy am I glad I did. These guys were absolutely on time with everything and I had no issues what so ever, they are hands down really really good! From 1 to 5 I would rate this amazing little dealership 5, how could I not! I would say I would use again and recommend however I have already been recommending which resulted in my friend came over and purchased a lovely Skoda super. I couldn't be happier!

Brilliant all round

I like the sales mans approach to be honest, he was pretty relaxed , informative but not pushy in the slightest, none of the usual breathing down your neck hard selling you. I drove away with the VW Arteon on the day I went to view it and I love it and do enjoy being behind the wheel I have had no issues at all with it. The customer service was literally perfect. I would come back to visit Brockham Motor Company in the future as/when I need a new car, for now though, I will be highly recommending to anybody else looking to buy a new car.

I always take my car to BMC to be serviced and to have its MOT as I always get excellent customer service from a very welcoming and friendly team. I have just purchased a new VW Passat which I am very happy with thanks to the sales manager Paul for helping me choose the right car. Thanks to Rikki who handed over the car and talking me through everything I needed to know as it's much more technical than my old Passat. I would happily recommend them to our family and friends.

Me and my partner came to Brockham Motor Company and purchased a lovely little Silver Skoda, its a great car and that is doing the job perfectly. We are just waiting on getting it back in at Brockham just to touch up a few small scratches and then we will be on. We are very happy with how everything was handled, the gentlemen dealing with us was very informative, knew a lot about the car and reassured us though the process. I can not sing Paul's praises enough, he was purely and simply amazing and looked after me so so well. Dealing with Paul was a pleasure. I am so happy I found this motor dealership I am plan on coming back when I want MOT and service my car. The salesman is Rikki he is the best salesman ever he is lovely man very kind and helpful. Personable Paul

I can happily say I had a lovely experience down at Brockham Motor Company dealing with a gentlemen called Paul! Very nice people

I was initially dealing with Paul when I came to view the Tiguan, later on during the process I was doing most of the dealings with another very helpful chap called Rickki. Both staff member's were just as great and as helpful as easy as each other to be completely honest. These guys stuck to their word! Just before I purchased the car we had a talk about a Cambelt being changed as and when it needed to be, these guys stuck to what they said they was going to do and this morning they changed the cambelt which I was very impressed with. The chaps were very nice to deal with, easy going, easy to get along with, I would deffo rate full 5/5 these guys have been very helpful!
