Very nice people

I was initially dealing with Paul when I came to view the Tiguan, later on during the process I was doing most of the dealings with another very helpful chap called Rickki. Both staff member's were just as great and as helpful as easy as each other to be completely honest. These guys stuck to their word! Just before I purchased the car we had a talk about a Cambelt being changed as and when it needed to be, these guys stuck to what they said they was going to do and this morning they changed the cambelt which I was very impressed with. The chaps were very nice to deal with, easy going, easy to get along with, I would deffo rate full 5/5 these guys have been very helpful!

Very good experience

I am very happy with the Octavia that I recently purchased from Brockham, it has been a lovely car to drive. The team did a good job in getting that clean and tidy, I was quite impressed. Paul has been sorting me out for years I've been coming here for my cars for donkeys years Paul is a top man. I never have any complaints and they always sell me the best of the best. I am so happy I found this motor dealership I am plan on coming back when I want MOT and service my car. The salesman is Rikki he is the best salesman ever he is lovely man very kind and helpful. Nothing but top marks!

My Wife and I needed a second car and had been looking around for some time, she has a Mazda 2 so I wanted something similar in size. I found a SEAT Leon at Brockhams and the advert read very well, it ticked the boxes we needed it too. I was really impressed with the condition of the car, it was clean tidy and looked pretty much new. Paul was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had, he ran through all the details and allowed us time to make a decision. When we took the car away we received the same 5* service from Paul and the team and the car has been brilliant since driving off the forecourt. I've recently done a trip to Portsmouth, so I gave it a decent run out and its behaving nicely, its a nice car to drive and comfortable for the longer distances! I am more than happy to recommend Brockham Motor Company to other people looking for a reliable second hand car, highly impressed!

In three words I would describe my experience as - Professional - the customer service was outstanding! Easy - the sale/hand over was easy, the staff did all of the work for me! Brilliant all round

I like the sales mans approach to be honest, he was pretty relaxed , informative but not pushy in the slightest, none of the usual breathing down your neck hard selling you. I drove away with the VW Arteon on the day I went to view it and I love it and do enjoy being behind the wheel I have had no issues at all with it. The customer service was literally perfect. I would come back to visit Brockham Motor Company in the future as/when I need a new car, for now though, I will be highly recommending to anybody else looking to buy a new car.
