Hi Brockham, just a quick review to say thank you to Ricki for all the help when buying my Passat. Ricki is a very very nice guy and very helpful with anything. There was no pressure to buy the car and he was more than happy to spend his time showing me around everything. The car is fantastic I'm really happy with it, its perfect for what I needed. Paul has been sorting me out for years I've been coming here for my cars for donkeys years Paul is a top man. I never have any complaints and they always sell me the best of the best. This time round I've got a VW Passat and its a top motor chuffed to bits. I always tell everybody about Brockham and always will. Thanks again and see you in a year or so!

Highly Recommendable
I am seriously happy with the out come down at Brockham Motor Company. I came to view a car which I really really liked the look of (Seat Leon), I had noticed it was time for a cambelt change which kind of put me off, I was just about to email Paul who I was dealing with at the dealership, I then saw his email saying that he has changed the cambelt as it was due because of the milage. Now, that really stood out to me, he did that off his own back and that was a huge plus factor and filled me with reassurance. I didn't even have to ask! If in the next few years these guy's have the type of cars they have in stock now, well priced and reliable, then you know ill be back here! It was my first time using Brockham Motor Company and I would certainly recommend.

Paul at Brockham was fantastic
There is quite a bad stigma surrounding car dealers, so naturally I was a bit nervous buying from trade, however, Paul at Brockham was fantastic. He put my mind at ease from the get go, he was so lovely and really patient. He explained everything clearly and showed me all of the functions on the Seat. I couldn't be happier with how easy everything was and how lovely Paul was, I would definitely recommend Brockham Motor Company, they are a very trust worhty dealer.

Me and my partner came to Brockham Motor Company and purchased a lovely little Silver Skoda, its a great car and that is doing the job perfectly. We are just waiting on getting it back in at Brockham just to touch up a few small scratches and then we will be on. We are very happy with how everything was handled, the gentlemen dealing with us was very informative, knew a lot about the car and reassured us though the process. All of our questions were answered thoroughly! 5 star service for definite!

I recently purchased a car from Brockham Motor Company, and I'm delighted to report that everything is running smoothly so far. I'm enjoying the experience and getting used to the car. It's a bit of a change for my husband as he's used to Skoda's, but he's gradually warming up to it. The customer service met our standards, and the staff member Rikki was really helpful and friendly. Brilliant all round
I like the sales mans approach to be honest, he was pretty relaxed , informative but not pushy in the slightest, none of the usual breathing down your neck hard selling you. I drove away with the VW Arteon on the day I went to view it and I love it and do enjoy being behind the wheel I have had no issues at all with it. The customer service was literally perfect. I would come back to visit Brockham Motor Company in the future as/when I need a new car, for now though, I will be highly recommending to anybody else looking to buy a new car.
