Highly Recommendable
I am seriously happy with the out come down at Brockham Motor Company. I came to view a car which I really really liked the look of (Seat Leon), I had noticed it was time for a cambelt change which kind of put me off, I was just about to email Paul who I was dealing with at the dealership, I then saw his email saying that he has changed the cambelt as it was due because of the milage. Now, that really stood out to me, he did that off his own back and that was a huge plus factor and filled me with reassurance. I didn't even have to ask! If in the next few years these guy's have the type of cars they have in stock now, well priced and reliable, then you know ill be back here! It was my first time using Brockham Motor Company and I would certainly recommend.

A regular happy customer
I always take my car to BMC to be serviced and to have its MOT as I always get excellent customer service from a very welcoming and friendly team. I have just purchased a new VW Passat which I am very happy with thanks to the sales manager Paul for helping me choose the right car. Thanks to Rikki who handed over the car and talking me through everything I needed to know as it's much more technical than my old Passat. I would happily recommend them to our family and friends.

The best experience down at Brockham
I can not sing Paul's praises enough, he was purely and simply amazing and looked after me so so well. Dealing with Paul was a pleasure. I would use Brockham Motor Company without second thought and I would love for my friends and family to use this dealership and experience the brilliant customer service that I did. Paul at Brockham was fantastic
There is quite a bad stigma surrounding car dealers, so naturally I was a bit nervous buying from trade, however, Paul at Brockham was fantastic. He put my mind at ease from the get go, he was so lovely and really patient. He explained everything clearly and showed me all of the functions on the Seat. I couldn't be happier with how easy everything was and how lovely Paul was, I would definitely recommend Brockham Motor Company, they are a very trust worhty dealer.

Very nice people
I was initially dealing with Paul when I came to view the Tiguan, later on during the process I was doing most of the dealings with another very helpful chap called Rickki. Both staff member's were just as great and as helpful as easy as each other to be completely honest. These guys stuck to their word! Just before I purchased the car we had a talk about a Cambelt being changed as and when it needed to be, these guys stuck to what they said they was going to do and this morning they changed the cambelt which I was very impressed with. The chaps were very nice to deal with, easy going, easy to get along with, I would deffo rate full 5/5 these guys have been very helpful!

Excellent service and excellent car
Hi Brockham, just a quick review to say thank you to Ricki for all the help when buying my Passat. Ricki is a very very nice guy and very helpful with anything. There was no pressure to buy the car and he was more than happy to spend his time showing me around everything. The car is fantastic I'm really happy with it, its perfect for what I needed. Personable Paul
I can happily say I had a lovely experience down at Brockham Motor Company dealing with a gentlemen called Paul! Paul was friendly throughout, welcoming, a personable chap and very reasonable with everything. The VW I purchased has been enjoyable to get used to and I am very happy with the choice I made.
