Brilliant all round
I like the sales mans approach to be honest, he was pretty relaxed , informative but not pushy in the slightest, none of the usual breathing down your neck hard selling you. I drove away with the VW Arteon on the day I went to view it and I love it and do enjoy being behind the wheel I have had no issues at all with it. The customer service was literally perfect. I would come back to visit Brockham Motor Company in the future as/when I need a new car, for now though, I will be highly recommending to anybody else looking to buy a new car.

Highly Recommendable
I am seriously happy with the out come down at Brockham Motor Company. I came to view a car which I really really liked the look of (Seat Leon), I had noticed it was time for a cambelt change which kind of put me off, I was just about to email Paul who I was dealing with at the dealership, I then saw his email saying that he has changed the cambelt as it was due because of the milage. Now, that really stood out to me, he did that off his own back and that was a huge plus factor and filled me with reassurance. I didn't even have to ask! If in the next few years these guy's have the type of cars they have in stock now, well priced and reliable, then you know ill be back here! It was my first time using Brockham Motor Company and I would certainly recommend.

Very nice people
I was initially dealing with Paul when I came to view the Tiguan, later on during the process I was doing most of the dealings with another very helpful chap called Rickki. Both staff member's were just as great and as helpful as easy as each other to be completely honest. These guys stuck to their word! Just before I purchased the car we had a talk about a Cambelt being changed as and when it needed to be, these guys stuck to what they said they was going to do and this morning they changed the cambelt which I was very impressed with. The chaps were very nice to deal with, easy going, easy to get along with, I would deffo rate full 5/5 these guys have been very helpful!

The little blue Ford Focus I purchased is running fine, I found the process to be really easy. I was literally in and out in like 30 mins. I had a quick test drive of the car, gave him my car and then paid and that was that. I am overall very happy and wouldn't rate anything other than 5 stars!

I can not sing Paul's praises enough, he was purely and simply amazing and looked after me so so well. Dealing with Paul was a pleasure. I would use Brockham Motor Company without second thought and I would love for my friends and family to use this dealership and experience the brilliant customer service that I did. I recently purchased a Ford Focus from Brockham Motor Company, and we have been over the moon since. I'm enjoying the experience and getting used to the car. It's a bit of a change for my husband as he's used to Skoda's, but he's gradually warming up to it. The customer service exceeded our standards, and the staff member Rikki was really helpful, friendly and highly accommodating. We appreciate his assistance, and we'd rate our experience a solid 5 out of 5. It's been a really nice run.

I can't tell you how chuffed we are with the Skoda. I've spent the last 20 years in a van so this is like pure luxury compared. I've just driven down to Devon for a week away and its unreal to drive, lovely and comfortable. It drives very smoothly, brilliant all round! I hadn't ever heard of Brockham Motor Company before I found the Skoda online, I took the plunge to pop down to see it, Rikki welcomed me and I was very much impressed with the service I received, he looked after me well and was always on hand for anything I needed. For a first time experience it was fanatstic. I have no hesitation in shopping here again in the future and happy to pass on my recommendations!
